Castles in the Sand

This trip was fairly good.

I am leaving again Sunday morning up north with Paul and Brian.

We arrived in San Francisco.
Saw a bit of the city.
Went Down Lombard, across The Golden Gate.

Pretty cool.

Drove to Davis.

UC Davis looks like a decent school but the semmers there are hot. Real Hot.

The town looks very bland. Where Berkeley had hundruds of people even in the midst of Summer, Davis was a deserted.

After Davis we cooled off and went to Sacramento.

Sacramento was fairly interesting. There wasn’t too much life around.

Old Sacramento was rather cool though. They have old buildings from the gold rush still standing and perserved and in the midst of them there are cars parked and pop culture merchendise sold in the stores.

Oh and there is a resteraunt there that is pretty cool. I am so taking somone there for their birthday.

Thought for the Day: Sacramento has a lot of bums.

On Tuesday we went up to UC Berkeley.

This is a great school and is defiantly my first choice. I am going to apply in November and hope to get in.

The campus is really nice and convenient, has a huge library, and is really cool looking and suits me well.

The people there no matter the dress (from casual to full suits) were all intelligent looking and seemed like people I want to be around.

Unlike Davis, the weather there was really nice.

The town of Berkeley is also really cool and seems like a nice place to live. It is also a whole lot less bland then other college towns. Also it is really close to San Francisco.

Thought for the Day: Berkeley definatly moved up to my first choice.

Still semi sick, getting better.

Finished Angel’s and Demons and started Deception point.

First off I got Aps back.
